Cancellation Policy
Scheduling Requirements - All appointments for mold remediation, indoor air quality assessments, moisture inspections, air duct cleaning, and dryer vent cleaning must be scheduled in advance. Appointment times are confirmed once the client receives written or electronic confirmation from the company. Clients must ensure that an adult over the age of 18 is present at the property for the duration of the appointment unless otherwise approved in writing. Access to the Property Clients are responsible for providing safe, unobstructed access to all areas required for inspection or service. This includes HVAC systems, crawlspaces, attics, basements, utility rooms, and any areas where moisture or air quality issues may be present. If access is restricted or unsafe, the technician may reschedule the appointment, and additional fees may apply. Cancellation and Rescheduling Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee. Missed appointments, including situations where the technician cannot access the property, may also result in a service charge. Emergency or same‑day scheduling changes are subject to availability and may include additional fees. Service Preparation Clients must prepare the property by securing pets, clearing service areas, and removing personal items that may obstruct inspection or cleaning. For remediation or cleaning services, clients may be asked to adjust HVAC settings or temporarily vacate specific rooms to ensure safety and proper service delivery. Payment Terms Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit card, or approved electronic transfer. Deposits may be required for large projects or remediation services. Invoices not paid within the agreed timeframe may be subject to late fees or collection procedures.
